We are seeking a person to play an integral role in our dynamic marketing team as we bring Sana to our next stage of growth. You will be at the front line, delivering world-class global events and collaborating across the organization to ensure our marketing initiatives operate efficiently and effectively as we scale. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to build and shape a broad marketing function in a fast-growing, innovative AI scaleup.
What you’ll do
- Assist in developing and executing Sana’s marketing strategies for various programs and campaigns, both digital and physical.
- Lead and manage all aspects of global event coordination, including budget, event messaging, speaker submissions, contracts, vendor relations, etc.
- Oversee the project management of our flagship events such as Sana AI Summit.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing to develop relevant Field Marketing collateral.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market representatives to organize pre-event and post-event outreach that sets up meetings and creates opportunities.
- Deliver multiple first-class brand activations and events from end-to-end.
You should apply if
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience in project management within a marketing team, ideally including experience with a SaaS organization or tech startup.
- You are highly detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a passion for executing 11-star experiences of exceptional quality.
- You have exceptional project management and organizational skills and can multitask under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges quickly and effectively.
- You are a self-starter who can identify and tackle issues and opportunities on your own.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can explain marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and sales teams.
- You are outcome-oriented, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- You are fluent in English.
